Gourmet Food Parlour have an exciting opportunity for a hardworking, enthusiastic, ambitious and experienced Chef de Partie to join our Santry Restaurant.

This is a great opportunity for innovated individuals to bring forward their experience and skills and shine through the food and service they present.

We’re looking for someone who’s excited to come in to work every day and ready to develop the team, grow with the brand & tackle challenges.

The ideal candidate must

  • Work authorisation to work fulltime in Ireland
  • 1 Year experience as a Chef De Partie
  • Have experience in a busy kitchen
  • Be able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Be interested in latest food trends and enjoy creating new dishes
  • Pay attention to detail and have great presentation skills
  • Be able to run own section and work to order and coordinate with timings
  • Engage with and understand our management and floor team responding to customer needs through clear and pleasant communication
  • Prepare food to standard recipes and/or customized to meet our customers’ requirements
  •  Available to perform many different tasks within the store during each shift as required.
